Fall is one of my favorite seasons for weddings. In the fall we say goodbye to summer breezes in exchange for cozier vibes which are perfect for saying I do in unique ways and places. Flowers for fall and winter weddings takes on a different feeling too. Burgundy weddings ( in combination with blush, gold, ivory, peach, sage green and silver) were a popular choice for brides last season and they're here to stay in 2018!
Here are a few samples of some of the fun fall pieces I created for a sweet couple who got hitched at Bournedale Function Facility in Plymouth, MA. November, 2017.
The flowers for this festive fall wedding were a mix of several varieties of my home grown heirloom chrysanthemums, burgundy dahlias, smoke bush, dusty miller and fern. I loved the deep, rich fall feeling of these bouquets! You might notice that the coloring in the flowers differs between the wedding images and the flower photo above. The flowers photo has NO filter and shows the actual colors of the flowers.
And, did you know that the Chrysanthemum is November's flower? ) How cool is that? Planning a Fall wedding for 2018? I'd love to hear from you!

This is one of the best weddings that I have ever been part of. Well, I have only been to three weddings, but still. I felt like the couple really showed us something special here. If you are curious, I am one of the people in the catering for this wedding. I was able to come here, thanks to that, and I am happy that I did. I want to fall in love the same way that these two have.
